Most clients call with a list of jobs that have been waiting too long. We take the list, walk it, and return with a sensible plan that keeps cost down where it can be, partial tile replacement instead of a full re-tile, crack repair before it becomes structural.

    Small building works, wall construction, structural repairs and alterations, underpinning of foundations.

§ 03 · Electrical support

COC facilitation, light fittings, basic maintenance.

We facilitate Certificates of Compliance for electrical installations through partnered registered electricians, handle light fitting installation and replacement, and keep up basic electrical maintenance on residential and small commercial properties.
